2.1 Purpose

These terms of service define the terms and conditions of use of the oakresearch.io website, published by OAK INVEST SAS. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms of service.

2.2 Service Description

Oak Research is a platform for cryptocurrency analysis and reports. We offer specialized editorial content accessible through a paid subscription system, similar to a specialized financial press platform.

2.3 Access and Registration

Registration on the platform is done via the Privy service, allowing authentication by email or crypto wallet. Login information (email or wallet address) is stored in our Strapi database solely for authentication purposes.

The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

2.4 Content Usage

Content published on Oak Research is protected by copyright. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the content without prior written authorization. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

2.5 Liability

Oak Research strives to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of published information. The user uses the information at their own risk. Oak Research cannot be held responsible for investment decisions made based on our analyses.

3.1 Products and Services

Oak Research offers paid subscriptions giving access to premium content (crypto analyses and reports). Two plans are available:

• Monthly subscription: €39.90 incl. tax
• Annual subscription: €399 incl. tax

3.2 Ordering and Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The subscription is activated immediately after payment validation. Prices are expressed in euros including all taxes.

3.3 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 15 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us at contact[at]oakresearch.io.

3.4 Refund

In case of withdrawal within the legal deadlines, the refund will be made within 14 days following the withdrawal notification, via the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

3.5 Termination

The subscription can be terminated at any time by the user. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refund is due for the period already elapsed.

4.1 Data Controller

OAK INVEST SAS, represented by its CEO Artem SINYAKIN, is responsible for processing your personal data.

4.2 Collected Data

We only collect data strictly necessary for the operation of our service:

• Email address or crypto wallet address (for authentication)
• Anonymized browsing data via Umami Analytics
• Payment information processed by Stripe (not stored on our servers)

4.3 Processing Purposes

• Authentication and user account management
• Subscription management and billing
• User experience improvement (anonymous analytics)
• Service-related communication (important notifications only)

4.4 Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on the execution of the subscription contract and on our legitimate interest in improving our service. No data is used for advertising or marketing purposes.

4.5 Data Retention

Your authentication data is kept as long as your account remains active. Billing data is kept in accordance with legal accounting obligations (10 years). Analytics data is anonymized and does not allow identification.

Your data is hosted in Europe (OVH). Payments are processed by Stripe, which complies with international security standards. No data is transferred outside the European Union without appropriate safeguards.
