About Aave V4

Aave V4 is the fourth iteration of the Aave liquidity protocol, introducing a Hub-and-Spoke architecture where Liquidity Hubs centralize assets and Spokes define modular lending markets with their own risk parameters. V4 improves capital efficiency, risk isolation and governance-controlled market expansion, while adding features such as risk premiums, credit/debit lines and optional reinvestment of idle liquidity. V4 is live on Ethereum mainnet with Core, Prime and Plus Hubs, launched with conservative supply and borrow caps.
