Kelp DAO is a restaking collective that tokenises EigenLayer positions into kETH, letting holders earn boosted AVS rewards while retaining liquidity. The DAO uses Safe multisigs and Snapshot votes to choose which AVS modules to opt into, and has partnered with Obol to run distributed validators. kETH is supported as collateral on Pendle, Aave and Morpho.
