About Spark Liquidity Layer
The Spark Liquidity Layer (SLL) automates deployment of MakerDAO‑backed stablecoins—DAI, sDAI and USDS—across EVM chains. It uses Teleport and a BLS signature scheme to trust‑minimise bridging, and rebalances idle liquidity into the DSR so nothing sits unproductive. The module is audited by Trail of Bits and controlled by the Spark executive multisig.
