Automatic Data Processing (ADP) is a global technology company that delivers cloud-based human capital management solutions, helping organizations manage payroll, talent, time, tax, and benefits administration more effectively. The company also offers human resources outsourcing services that allow clients to delegate certain traditional HR functions. ADP operates through two business segments: Employer Services and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Services. Employer Services includes the company’s HCM offerings along with à la carte HRO solutions, while PEO Services provides ADP’s comprehensive HRO model in which it serves as a co-employer alongside the client.
