Fox Corporation operates through two main business segments: cable networks and television. Its cable networks portfolio includes Fox News, Fox Business, and several pay-TV sports channels. The television segment includes the Fox broadcast network, 29 owned-and-operated local television stations—18 of which are affiliated with the Fox network—and the free, fully ad-supported streaming platform Tubi. Following the sale of most of its entertainment assets to Disney in 2019, Fox no longer produces entertainment content and is primarily focused on live news and sports, with most of its business still connected to the pay-TV bundle. Fox remains controlled by the Murdoch family.
