The company’s two biggest markets are the US and Japan. Its US operations generated roughly 50% of adjusted earnings in 2025 and include institutional retirement services, primarily pension risk transfer, as well as individual retirement products such as annuities, group insurance, and individual life insurance. International operations accounted for about 39% of adjusted earnings, supported by a strong position in Japan and additional exposure to emerging markets including Brazil. Prudential’s investment management segment, PGIM, contributed about 11% of adjusted 2025 earnings and managed approximately $1.47 trillion in assets at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.
