The company offers a broad range of products and services, but it is best known for its Rocket Mortgage business. Its mortgage lending operations are divided between a direct-to-consumer channel, where borrowers access loans through the company’s website or mobile app, and a partner network, where mortgage brokers and other firms use Rocket’s origination platform to provide loans to their own customers. Rocket Companies has gained market share rapidly in recent years and, following its acquisition of Mr. Cooper Group, is set to become the largest mortgage servicer in the United States.
