XPO, Inc. (XPO) Price and Market Data

After spinning off its contract logistics business, GXO, in 2021 and its freight brokerage operations, RXO, in 2022, XPO, Inc. has moved closer to becoming a pure-play asset-based less-than-truckload carrier. We estimate that LTL shipping accounts for about 60% of total revenue, while XPO’s European truckload and LTL operations contribute the remaining 40%. However, the company’s LTL segment represents a substantially larger share of EBITDA than its revenue contribution suggests. We believe XPO plans to divest its European trucking business when it identifies a suitable buyer.
