THORChain (RUNE) Price and Market Data

THORChain is a layer 1 blockchain based on Cosmos SDK technology and the Tendermint BFT (Byzantine Fault Tolerance) consensus protocol from Cosmos. Although it is not compatible with Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC), the ambition of this blockchain is to serve as a kind of decentralized exchange (DEX) platform between blockchains, allowing users to transfer and exchange tokens across different ecosystems. THORChain uses an Automated Market Maker (AMM) model and continuous liquidity pools (CLP), powered by independent contributors, enabling liquidity provision across many assets and networks.
